Florida & Co is so good it will change your mind about Orlando. It proves it's more than a city just centered around touristy Disney World and full of gross, fried food. WRONG!

Florida & Co is a locally sourced restaurant inside the cool East End Market that prioritizes low sugar foods. On top of that, they sell some of Florida's best craft beer and ciders.

I ordered the Mojo bowl or lunch with brown rice, kale, sweet peppers, orange slices, and Florida wild shrimp. It was all steamed and came with a light lime garlic sauce. It was so good, healthy, and balanced the flavors well (the orange slices were perfect and, yes, you are meant to eat the orange peel).

The drink list is really good and they always have a local cider on tap. I ordered the acai cider from Accomplice Brewery and it was one of the best drinks I've ever had.

On top of that, the space is beautiful with a few tables off to the side and a long wood bar to sit at. Also, the service is excellent and friendly!

Great selection of beers... and DELICIOUS cornbread. The staff are extremely nice and truly care about your satisfaction.

Great place with the perfect atmosphere for a casual bite with a friend. Great wines and quirky items with good selection of beers. Food is great including the ceviche with grilled plantains and the steamed shrimp baskets with heavenly sauces.
