    The issue here is that I am comparing this place with Altitudes... Jump Start is much smaller, with no foam pits or other obstacles or apparatus to play on. It has a few open bouncing spots, dodgeball and basketball areas. A few of the bouncing areas were closed, I assume for cleaning with covid. Also, they had run out of Gatorade and other drinks and mask wearing was mandatory while jumping, which was a royal pain for the kids. Without comparing the Altitudes, I would give Jump Start a higher rank. It is not a bad place, you will have fun.

    Josh from the bowling was amazing, after a confusion on our tickets purchase he helped us to resolve it, Niko (Jump start) we had the most wanted customer service experience with him, very kind and patient and also helped a lot! Thanks guy!

    Went here for my daughter's 13th birthday. We all had a good time. Layla gave us excellent service assisting us and was delight to speak with. We will be coming back. Thanks for the great service! ✌
