Paddlefish

The atmosphere is casual, but classy and the food was delicious. It beat my expectations. What I was really impressed with was our server, Shelby. Shelby was super friendly and very upbeat. She explained the menu back and forth. She let us know what was most popular, what was the catch of the day what her personal favorites were. She knew the answer to every question we asked and even though we had never tried it before we went with her favorites. The did not disappoint. Good food and atmosphere do not make a restaurant, it's the staff. Shelby made the night. We look forward to coming back and will be sure to ask her for her next best pick. Thank you Shelby for an excellent evening meal.

My husband and I shared the calamari and crab topped fries at the bar this past Saturday evening. Our bartenders were Steven and Kendra. They were both so personable and we had such an awesome time! The drinks were great. The food was awesome and the atmosphere was fun!!! Thanks to our fellow Baltimore Ravens fan Sir Steven (although I am truly the Cowboys fan) and sweet Kendra for a great evening! They both deserve a raise!!!

Robert is the best of the best at Paddlefish Restaurant! This was the best service by far I’ve ever received from start to finish. He gave us amazing descriptions and recommendations on the food items and made everything sound delicious. Our drinks and food came so quick and everyone was so nice. He even helped us open our King Crab and we got the most meat out of it. Such fine attention to detail. Thanks for making us feel at home during our vacation!!

I absolutely loved this place! Kendra was our server and she made our experience extra special. We had just gotten engaged and we went here to celebrate. Shortly after we were seated, Kendra greeted us at the table and she noticed my ring and complimented it (which was so nice of her) and at that point we told her about how we just got engaged and were here celebrating. Before we knew it Kendra had brought us a champagne toast to start off our beautiful evening. It was all up hill from here. The service was great, the food was great and we just had the best time. We will definitely be back to see Kendra and recommend asking for her when you go here!

I was looking forward to a decent seafood dinner. Unfortunately, I didn’t get it here. Instead of using appropriate seasonings to accentuate the fish, they just use salt and garlic on everything. Rather than cooking something fresh without garlic, they brought me an oddly cooked piece of salmon that was almost underdone inside and seemed cheaply fried on the outside.

My wife’s fish was cooked nicely, and the server was good. I just wish I had been able to get something nicer than a cheap piece of grocery store salmon.
