Ruby Tuesday

Great service. Steak was over cooked and appeared to be small. It was a 6 oz (before they cook it). But was still good. Waiter was great. Manager was friendly and it was nice to see that he was helping bus the tables, even though it wasn't busy.

Real nice workers I went with five other people and the food came out nice and fast. But when the food came out I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out well done so we told our waiter and right away she sent it back to the kitchen and got me a new piece but it came out rare and Instead of cooking it more she got me a whole new piece and now it was perfect she sent out the manager to talk to us about it and he was real nice yes it came out the wrong way but they fixed it without a problem and with steaks everyone's rare well done medium rare is different and as soon as we finished our drinks she brought us new ones and at the end she gave my brother a hug and it was so adorable

I had the most amazing experience sitting up at the bar with Carly as my bartender. Carly was very attentive, light, and funny and made the best Ruby Relaxer I’ve had in a very long time. All in all I would return not only for the food but to have Carly once again as my bartender.

***Day before Mothers Day*** It would have been easily a 3 star visit, But Darryl the floor manager was great! He recognized our experience was not up to par and he made sure we were satisfied. Our server I believe his name was Cory did a great job. Its not the servers fault for kitchen problems. But all in all we were treated grrat with the things that occurred and will definitely return again.

Just went here for the very first time and i must say John by far is the best manager that I’ve ever met. His kind, sweet and most of all customer service is very important to him, he greeted us with a smile and made sure we were well taken care of. Zack the Waiter was also very polite, kind and funny. Thank you guys for this amazing first experience. John must success to you, and Zack you’re great! Great staff and thank you to the wonderful team at this location!
