Russell's on Lake Ivanhoe

We had a wonderful first experience at Russell's. Started out with some delicious cocktails, got the calamari and beets with burrata, and both were light and delicious. Service was excellent, our server was really attentive and sweet. Everyone loved their entrees as well. Great view of the lake. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing food, beautiful view! It was a great evening. Even with a full house we could have a conversation in our little booth. The food was fantastic. The pineapple old fashioned was wonderful.I started off with the roasted beet burrata...wow. We had the pork chop, ribeye, table side ceasar, duck confit, sides were turnips, zucchini, and spinach. I loved the atmosphere, upscale touches and the friendly staff. My FAVORITE thing was the pineapple fosters. Wow. That rum sauce....wanna buy it by the gallon!!!

Went there on opening night. Food was cooked perfectly: medium to medium rare on all items (our party had salmon, swordfish and lamb). The ambiance was nice without being stuffy. Still would feel comfortable wearing shorts, plus football was on the TV just like The Porch ?. Staff was very attentive. Definitely don’t hesitate to try this place out!

Open night at Russells !! Finally a restaurant worthy of the lakeside setting . Russell’s is sophisticated but not stuffy. I enjoyed the rack of lamb that was cooked to perfection .The menu is imaginative with a European flare and few little surprises. Our waiter was very attentive . So excited to have a new favourite place . Congratulations !!

I attended the opening last night ..what a transformation. The decor is upscale and beautiful..the main restaurant has large windows so there is a lake view from all sides. The menu was varied and very unique..it was a challenge to choose from all the delicious options. Our waiter Sebastian was so attentive and gave us the best customer service. I am looking forward to many evenings here at this wonderful new restaurant.
