Sugar Factory

Atmosphere and energy 5 stars. Presentation and flavor of desserts 5 stars. Food on the other hand at best 2 stars. The experience of the Sugar factory was great. Music, servers dancing and energy of the other patrons made it an enjoyable experience. Just do yourself a favor and eat prior to going here. Deserts are their expertise , food lacked flavor and portions compared to price was pretty sad.

What a fun place to be very upbeat and nice. Staff way way over the top with smiles & friendliness. If the ambience and staff don’t win u over the drink selection and food entree will. We had one of there house special drinks with the smoke and bubbling concoction that taste great. My food choice was Hamburger Plate with fries, it was fantastic cooked just the way I ordered it and delicious. My wife had a Chicken sandwich plate that she said was equally good also. We will definitely revisit when we are in the area again and if all possible request Austin the Wonderful for your Waiter ( we added the wonderful part ) he just help us have one of the most wonderful dining experience especially at lunch that we have had in a long time. FYI if you go for your birthday be ready for and amazing presentation of your desert I want let the cat out of the bag so not to spoiled it for you but WOW.

My husband and I visited here for the first time, food was great, drink was fantastic and most of all dessert was even better. You get a lot of food for your money. Brianna was our waitress she was sweet, kind, courteous, attentive, and concerned. It was a bit crowded and our food took longer than normal the manager Bryan came out to apologize and to inform us our order had 3 orders ahead of ours but would it was coming quickly and it did. Bryan also offered us a discount on our drink for the inconvenience. Most of all we was pleased with our service today. Good vibes and good food. Sugar factory don’t owe us nothing. Very satisfied customers.

This isn’t a place for everybody. It was a cool ONE TIME EXPERIENCE. If I had to do again I would only go for dessert. That’s the only thing that was worth the price. The alcoholic beverage was $36. We had to ask if there was really alcohol in it (could not taste). The food was not impressive one bit. You can get the same quality and taste at Steak-N-Shake. The server was really sweet. Management should pay attention to the guest more.

This was our first time visiting and it was AMAZING! Our server Thomas was awesome. He was pleasant, polite and entertaining. On top of all that the food was delicious. My son said the cheesy burger was the best he ever had. Looking forward to visiting other locations and pray I have an awesome server just like Thomas!!
