This store is extremely busy, with homeless people hanging out at the picnic tables smoking in a no smoking area. It also seems to be the hang out for taxi and limo drives. Get in get out do. “I honestly am in love with this place awesome food and drinks (non alcoholic). Natural flavors and ingredients. The service was awesome and our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menus and made amazing recommendations we couldn’t resist. Only issue was the wait, we understood you give your number and they text you when your table is ready. Us being new we did just that but wasn’t aware of the app that you can book a table on and though you are there in person everyone who booked online are not even waiting when they come in. So us not knowing we’re waiting for a little over 45 min watching those who just arrived get seated as the hooked on line. They don’t advise you of this so you tend to question where you stand on the list. After waiting 30 min we became curious and asked and we were 12 in line after a lot of online booking that weren’t even there. Honestly the only part I didn’t like. If it’s told you when you get there where your place in line is and a eta would have saved a lot of confusion. Just a little feed back on that part.”

When my daughter-in-law randomly chose Happy Snapper for a night out with the girls, we had no idea (other than the many five star ratings on Yelp) what we were getting into. As it turned out, we "got into" a tiny no-frills place in a strip mall that had the friendliest service and most delectable seafood it has EVER been my pleasure to enjoy!!! My girls ordered the snow crab legs and shrimp - two chose Old Bay seasoning - one ordered the Garlic & Butter - while I ordered the blackened salmon. OH. MY. GAWD!!! Our food was so delicious conversation came to a grinding halt while everyone concentrated on their meals - won't lie, occasional moans of delight may have randomly escaped. Every bite was perfectly cooked. And can we talk Dilled Yucca and Dilled Potatoes?!?! Holy WOW!!! Everyone I know is probably sick to death of hearing me rave about Happy Snapper. Doesn't matter. I'll continue to rave and MOST DEFINITELY be returning at the earliest possible opportunity!!! Many thanks to the staff and chefs at Happy Snapper!!! You all are FABULOUS!!!”

“Nice Venue. Was at GA and the view of the stage and acoustics were good. It is in Universal Studios so you do have to park but it's free after 6pm. And then you have to do a 15min walk and go through security. But it's really not that bad. So definitely would go again for another concert.”

I ordered through the drive through and of course i didn't check the order before i drove away. The order was half right if even-though i ordered the same thing. They weren't that busy so the order should have been right. Always check your order at a drive through to make sure it's correct.”

“I would be happy give them 5 stars they have great staff and are super friendly, unlike the 7 eleven nearby; my only issue was that when i walked out some homeless guy was sitting out there and tried to get my attention. Personally I don't feel that giving them money helps them because they are more than capable of seeking help without begging for money, etc. So there's no need for him to be sitting outside bothering other people that are just trying to get their gas.”

“Service can be a bit slow and a bit confusing at times when some of the workers seem new to the work, but this is not always the case. I come to this restaurant in the park every year as tradition. Each time is different. Sometimes there’s no line and the service is great, other times it’s painfully slow and the food is cold. I would have given this a full 5 stars, it the African America gentleman named Nigel who got my sandwich was not a very happy person, never said hi to me never smiled the entire time I was there, and acted like he just didn’t want to deal with anybody. And would treat people like they where stupid if they asked for something the place didn’t do or what not. Maybe he was having a bad day, or something. Other than him it was an excellent fun place, and all the other staff was very polite and friendly.”
