“We stumbled across this sushi spot wandering the lakeside area in Windermere. It was quaint and quiet and the menu was surprisingly nice. We tried a good 5-6 items and they all were on par with other sushi restaurants we have tried in the area. The staff seemed nice as well. Will try it again they next time we are in the area!”

This particular add, is without a doubt head and shoulders above the rest. Not only was their coffee better tasting that anywhere, it was also served with the friendliest staff ever. “I hope people read the most recent reviews as opposed to going off the average score. Something has happened to this restaurant and unfortunately not in the positive direction. I went there for lunch and had to stand for at least 5 minutes to get sat. Literally I think there were two maybe three other tables in the restaurant at the time. By the time we left I think there might have been one other person in the restaurant. The food was decent and the service was good but it was a bit pricey for what we ordered. On the positive side it was a great place to have a conversation since nobody else was there.????”

I spent a great deal of time planning the proposal, and wanted to do something special for dinner after having popped the question. Eric, the general manager, was beyond accommodating. He and the staff all pitched in to setup our table ahead of time, completed with candles, flowers, and laying out photos of our friends and family that I dropped off to them before hand. Through the meal, Eric and our waiter frequently checked in to ensure the evening was going perfectly. I don’t believe we’ve ever been so looked after and well taken care of at a restaurant before. “The mascot plastered above drink refrigerator in the small dining room of this NY-style pizza place declares "simple is best!" And I couldn't agree more. All pizzas here are great tasting with a simple crust. The large cheese has been my favorite so far. A close second would have to be the restaurant's namesake, the rather large stromboli.”
