At first the sandwiches was made very light with everything barely had any meat I walked back in asked if they were cutting back on meat. At this point a gentleman I’m assuming was the manager over heard me and remade it. I always give 2nd chance’s so thank you it came out amazing! 9/10 Thank You!

Good place

This is a newer location and it was our first visit here. We were up by Disney dropping someone off, and placed our order on the app to pick up on the way home so we would have lunch. Placing the order was very easy and we were able to customize easily as well. I set the time for about 11:00 which is when it showed they opened. I didn't actually show up till about 8 minutes after and when I walked inside I found my order easily in the to-go order section they have. Our order was in the bag with my name on it and everything looked correct and I had it back out. They did seem to have a steady stream of people coming in but there was only one couple placing an order when we arrived.
I realized they are a new location but this was the first time that I have entered a firehouse subs and not been greeted by anyone. Due to the setup of this one only the person working the register was visible to me when I entered and left the store. There were obviously people further back preparing the orders but none of them were within view.
We at home and our order was prepared correctly and tasted delicious so we were completely satisfied. I do hope that they work on getting them to greet people as it does make you feel more welcome when you walk in the door.
