We came during brunch, and ordered a flight (left to right); lions pride, Viking lord, can’t math good, guava sour. All were very good, but recommend the Can’t Math Good. The girls behind the bar were so sweet and enthusiastic and had excellent recommendations. We didn’t get a chance to try the food but we will define stopping back during our next trip.
Good beer and friendly service. The food was OK; nothing really special, but they have vegetarian options for those looking for plant-based alternatives. Terrible music — the dangers of having a “Touch Tunes” as your go-to music source.
Relatively new location, with not much to do in the Flamingo Crossing area (right now); seems like they’re still working the kinks out.
Overall a good experience — I’d recommend checking out Persimmon Hollow and plan on returning in the future.
Staying at hotel nearby and Persimmon caught attention. As I got closer I was pretty amped to see it was indeed a real brewery! Stopped in for a quick one before dinner and it was a taste treat. Had The Undercover Sea Lion Imperial IPA with 8.9% ABV 👍🏼 This place has it all really good beers, nice staff and plenty of seating in or out. Didn’t try the food yet but can’t wait to come back…
We have been to the other locations and are normally impressed. But this location wasn't a win for us.
The food was rough. Out of our party of 5, only 1 person liked what they ordered. The real win here was when the server noticed we had stopped eating, he checked in and asked if we liked the food. When we told him it wasn't for us, he comped it and told us to give them another try. We were not expecting that and appreciated it a lot!
Great new place to eat and have refreshing and freshly brewed brews. The food is vegan based and we weren’t sure if we’d like it. But they also had options to add different proteins like chicken and
Prosciutto. The food was excellent.
Wayne was very accommodating and an excellent server. He was very knowledgeable and I would recommend asking for him and visiting this place. Great job PHB!
