The staff is beyond outstanding (especially Alex, Davie, Bri and Kelly) - every member no matter the time of day or how slammed they are is a shining example of great customer service. From the genuinely pleasant voice that takes your order to an equally genuinely lovely person you encounter at the window, the authenticity of the care and consideration for you as a customer cannot help but be noticed. Great (and quick) service. Great products. This Starbucks is my favorite of all of them over all the years I’ve been a customer. They’re getting it right consistently. “I try to avoid this Wawa unless it's early in the day. The majority of the revolving door staff here is only showing up to get paid, although there is a helpful and friendly young woman who works the coffee area and she has a good idea of what the words "job" "service industry" and "employment" mean. If only the store management had her great common sense. Most staffers are incensed should a customer invade their internal monologue or the staff to staff chit chit should a customer ask for assistance or information. And they overtly come unglued should one of them be required to open a 2nd register. They will rudely crank a few people thru the line, then sign off and make a break for the back ASAP.”

“I do not typically dine at McDonald's. My niece insisted we eat here. Food has improved. But what I was really impressed with was the service and how kind the employees were. You have the option of using the touch screen menu board ordering station or seeing the cashier directly. They also have the freestyle coke machine and video screens at the table. Its all pretty state-of-the-art.”

“I have to say that I was really disappointed with Parera Bread in Winter Garden Village today. I have just gone through some surgery to help correct some medical issues and am on a puree diet. I went and ordered 2 bowls of soup to take home so that could enjoy some tasty food (after I blend it of course). When I get home and pull it out neither bowl is actually full. I don't mind paying the price if I actually get what I paid for. Panera Bread should let their employees know to fill these bowls up otherwise why am I paying for a bowl.”

“The Roper Garden Building is a facility that houses many venues. The way Google has it listed it seems to imply it's a bar and/or restaurant. At the time of this review it houses a local restaurant called Market to Table, a Christian based store called the Silver Shekel, a coffee shop called Axum, several private offices, a convention room, and private projects of the owner (e.g. a rooftop food garden not accessible to the public). The owner has been a strong Christian leader in the community for many decades. You will find a lot of Christian faith-based groups and businesses associated here who generally keep to themselves. Though not the religious type, I really like this place. Lots of nice people. Lots of activity. This building and its owner has done a great service to the revitalization and continued growth of the Winter Garden downtown historic district. Actually, I'm hesitant to even use the word "historic" because there is now a lively, contemporary vibe to this whole area.”

“Oh my gosh this place is SO GOOD!!! My husband and I both got the Who Shot J.R. sandwiches and he also got the tomato bisque. The sandwiches were thick with delicious sliced chicken and cheese and on this super fresh, thick cut multi grain bread. When we took that first bite it was just heaven! Seriously, thank you for this sandwich!!! The bisque was also so rich and flavorful. Easily the best we'd ever had. The staff were really kind and courteous and MOMS is an overall nice, fun little spot to sit and enjoy the afternoon and lunch. I'm so happy we found this hidden gem!!! We definitely will be back often to try more!”
