El Potro Mexican Restaurant

Super friendly. Home cooking, the salsa was enough to being me back. I enjoyed my meal, my only criticism is that the taco meat could use a bit more spice - the food is generically consistent with traditional home cooked Mexican. It was crowded but not cramped , the atmosphere was pleasing. I will certainly be back!!

Great Mexican food at a reasonable price, if you know when to show up to take advantage of their specials. Service is something to be desired however (make sure you get the female waitress, and not the male server. He is incompetent, and you have to watch your check when he brings it to you, because he will charge the ice in your drinks if he could.) . Be Careful walking to the bathrooms! The floor is often greasy and slippery!

We arrived about 10 minutes prior to closing and they actually went above and beyond, like they just opened for the day. We were never rushed to finish and the staff was extremely nice!

My word! The food here is simply bodacious! I love the buffet option and the menu options. Always great service and always a great time.

Read the reviews and decided to give this place a shot. Very good service and the corn tortillas were great. Nominal food taste but overall very good experience.
