Amazing coffee. It's smooth and strong. No bitterness to their coffee at all.

Also, the 3 women that were working there were so amazingly friendly and professional. It was 7 in the morning and they were working together like a well oiled machine.

Outstanding costumer service by all 3 of these ladies. Well done!

Bagels are delicious. Iced drinks are top notch. Staff was very friendly. Beware of the vacation scam next door.

It took 3 tries to get a simple coffee made. I asked for an iced coffee with cream and sugar, and politely asked for them to melt the sugar with hot coffee first. There was a thick pile of unmelted, granulated sugar at the bottom. We asked for it to be melted and I'm pretty sure she made one with no sugar. So we complained again, and the made it with EXTRA sugar, so far too sweet. I went to the front to complain to the gal taking orders and finally got it clarified and made correctly by her. I don't understand why these places think ANYONE would want a mouthful of granulated sugar, or maybe they don't understand that sugar does NOT melt in cold liquid. Either way, it's an issue that shouldn't even be there. Poor training, laziness, whatever you want to chalk it up to, I have never had to return a poorly made coffee 3 times. Worst Dunkin I have ever been to.

Great place to stop in for a cup of coffee and a donut. They have a special price for coffee and two donuts. They ask you if you want cream and sugar. Their machines depense the cream and sugar. Just tell them how much. I stop in when I need a break from driving a couple of hours. The iced coffee are getting better.
