I wanted to share my experience with the high level of customer service Emmanuel, the store manager, provided on Saturday. I was notified that my husband was in a horrible motorcycle accident right in front of his store. His phone was broken from flying out of his bike and he was unable to call me and didn’t have my new number memorized yet. In a panic and being 30 minutes away from the scene I had to know if he was alive. I called the store and the associate directed me to Emmanuel where he called my cell phone and ran out to the scene asking who’s the guy riding the bike. I heard my husband say I am and Emmanuel handed him the phone where I was able to know he was ok. After I made it to the scene, Emmanuel came back to check and make sure we were all okay. He is a great manager and I am so greatful for what he did for me that day. I couldn’t imagine driving 30 minutes not knowing if my husband was alive or not. We need more people like Emmanuel in the world! Thank you again.

Oh the disappointment:( was really looking forward to a racetrac coffee from a fancy machine and walked in to......old fashioned drip coffee dispensers. But fear not people!! The coffee is just as good; the dark roast is a true dark roast yey!!! It will burn your mouth however, as there are no chilled creamers but give it ten mins and your caffeine fix is sated!!
