    Food quality and freshness is good, but their customer service needs to improve. We asked the servers several questions about the establishment, as we were coming in for the first time. Their body language and answers made us feel as if they were only interested in completing the transaction. Left us with mixed feelings about the place.

    Every time we are in Kissimmee we HAVE to stop here because the food is so good!
    The food is authentic Puerto Rican food served with love. The desserts are amazing too! Just looking at the dessert case will make your mouth water. I usually take a box of assorted desserts home.
    My only complaint is they are sometimes slow to get your food cooked and to you and their dining room could be better.
