    Love it because they only do chicken and I love chicken.The food was fresh and enjoyable.

    Decent food but incredibly slow service. The staff is friendly though; so if you don't mind the wait and you like wings, chicken tenders, or a salad, this is a better option than most in Poinciana.

    I've come here 3 times first time was not great service due to the staff. Second time good service. Third time which was yesterday service was good friendly staff. You seen them mindful of cleaning and organizing the outside. First time we got bread and croutons with our salad this time it wasn't given asked they said it wasn't supposed to bring it.

    Typically I don't go out and eat chicken but, Zaxby's chicken is very good. Not greasy, the restaurant is clean,staff courteous and quick. I would go back to eat here without hesitation.

    It was great 1st time won't be last. Cashier Princess was awesome. Very polite, fast and helpful. Food came out fast. Very affordable.
