What a wonderful first time!! Phyre is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is wonderful! We tried the Mac & Beer Cheese and the Phyre Burger. We were blown away. I couldnt give enough compliments on how wonderful everything was tonight. We will be coming here again! Amazing work Phyre!!
The old style vibe the place gives off is really cool. The hostess' and the waitress' were super nice and very pretty in their 40's outfits. The Mahi tacos were excellent, I love the pickled cabbage, it brought out the flavor of the fresh fish. They had live music that was really good and it helped tie in the food and the atmosphere. I hope this place does great and stays around for a long time. Their tap beers are really tasty as well. I had to try the flight of four to try as many as I could.
The atmosphere and decor was on point with the 20’s-40’s vibe from the pin up girls servers and the music. My favorite in St. Cloud.
I had the wings and fries to eat. My
11 year old approved both but they were both with unique sauces and presentation.
The beer the beer the beer best brewery beer Ive ever had.
The Reaper Wings are a real treat! The wings are cooked crispy and tossed in a spicy sweet Carolina Reaper glaze. The dish is served with an assortment of berries and bleu cheese crumbles which all work together to elevate these wings to a completely new experience! You've got to give these a try, especially if you like things a little bit hot.
Enjoyed our experience, the atmosphere is lovely and the service is wonderful. Madame Hellcat was very attentive. We had a few flights, the sliders, beer cheese and pretzels, wings, mac and cheese and a Phyre Burger. The only thing I could recommend is that the pasta and the wings needed to be seasoned better. I assumed that the wings would be hot, they were tasty served with fruit and honey..very crisp..but lacked salt and heat. I think you should serve standard buffalo wings... or maybe a habanero honey... something with heat....I assumed they would be spicy. The mac and cheese was good, but the noodles need salt... it was as the water the noodles were cooked in wasn't salted... sauce was good... and the pulled pork and bacon that topped it was very nice. Just needs work on seasoning...I loved the Dry IPA, and the citrus cream beer. Very nice! We will be back.
