“The staff was friendly there was a high volume of customers in line but the line moved quickly despite the manager being the only one at the register. The coca cola machine was down, staff unaware, so you had to stand there and request the drinks which didn't help bc that machine was just as broke as the two in the dine in area. We placed an order for 7 people, got home and all burgers were incorrect. The sweet teas were watered down. Didn't help that the staff were unaware of the coca cola machines not working, nor of the items they were out of: Condiments, drinks, ice etc.... They all scrambled around trying to get the items at the customers request only to return and say "we're out" "we don't have that"”

“We visited on Father’s day. It was our first time at this location and we were so happy with our experience. Our server, Gina, was awesome. She was very attentive, and friendly, despite it being a full house. Our food came out at a reasonable time and it was delicious. “We came here on a Saturday night with a party of six. Nice atmosphere and very clean. I had a steak cooked medium and it came out medium well. The steak was decent quality but not the best I have ever had. My problem here was with the service. The young female waitress was not attentive and made us feel rushed. We had to search for her many times for refills etc. She cleaned off the table while someone was still eating which is a big no no. You need to train your people better when it comes to customer service.”

Since it’s close to the condos a lot of Disney people rent, there were a lot of tourists, but that’s to be expected in the area. Had a very pleasant experience!”

“Yesterday was our first day. Our visit began by a very delightful young lady at the counter. She was very helpful and answered several questions. I'm always impressed when someone sounds like they're just answering a question for the first time, versus some people who make it sound like we're inconveniencing them with our questions. She was a pro, and even though she's probably answered what the difference is between haddock and cod thousands of times, her answer was concise and cheerful - as if she were answering it for the first time. She was excellent. The food - we had the cod and it was PERFECT and EXCELLENT! Ordering was easy - at the counter, and within about a minute, our drinks were served. A couple minutes later - piping hot fish and chips. Best we've had in FL. We give The Fish and Chip Shop our HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS! Hope you'll be as delighted as we were!”

“Firstly, very nice room with generous sized chairs in a wood paneled club setting. Although the menu isn't extremely large, all the items that we were served were quite excellent. The service by Benjamin was attentive and excellent, a credit to the restaurant. Every course was quite delish with very nice presentation. To finish the meal we were treated to a couple of deserts made in house that were finished the meal perfectly. Our party of 8 quite enjoyed our meal!”
