    Ordered the Teriyaki Meatballs with Brown Rice, for lunch and it was pretty good! and only 380 calories and cooked fresh. I have no complaints

    I am totally a convert! I have been having Freshly delivered for the past 5 months. I have lost 30 pounds, but I was getting so bored of the food. It really is just an elevated version of frozen dinners. My friend told me to try Ideal Nutrition, and I am hooked! This food is super delicious!!! I haven't had a bad meal yet! I feel like I am eating restaurant take out for every meal! Thank you so much for putting me back on track!

    I am new customer to ideal nutrition and I am a broward girl so I was excited that a new location closer to me opened up. I came to the store and the two gentleman working were informative, sweet and incredibly helpful!! It was an absolute awesome experience!!! Will def come back here for the great service and delicious food!
