Some of the staff is amazing like Nathalie! I asked for extra waffles but was told they couldn’t give me more than 4 pieces for 2 adults. Nathalie came and made it a better experience for the entire party. Would highly suggest only coming on the nights she’s working.
Absolutely love The Melting Pot. Always have a great time, the food never disappoints, and lots of fun cooking it to how you like it. It is expensive but it's worth it. Also appreciated the picture they took of us and printed for us to keep of our birthday memories.
We loved it at the Melting Pot! I have food allergies, and the staff is conscientious of my concerns. They are also efficient, caring and fun! The spinach artichoke is amazing all of it is! I especially love the chocolate!
We all expect to cook our own food here. After all, it's the point of the restaurant and the experience. However, the prices are absolutely insane. They have no kid's menu either, so if you're bringing family you may want to go elsewhere. The one item on the menu that you do not have to cook yourself is mac and cheese but it tastes worse than the little Kraft microwavable cups you get for a dollar. For the experience of cooking your own food, you get to pay 50 bucks for 6 dollars worth of meats and fruit. Tolerable experience but you will likely regret in the end, especially if going with a large party. As for good stuff: The wait staff is incredibly patient and helpful. They were professional and attentive. The atmosphere is nice, with semi private booths if you're on a date night!
