    Every time I go here I'm always waiting an excessive amount of time 30+ minutes or more for food. Why is that? Management needs to be trained and spiral this back down to their staff. They seem disorganized, not stocking the sauce bar, and overall need to provide customer service. The food is alright but nothing to rave about.

    It was a typical pollo tropical. Chicken was a little dry and sauces were good

    So happy I have a Pollo less than 5 min from my home. Have not had a bad meal their yet. Always friendly and happy employees.
