Absolutely phenomenal. Tom is fantastic. Grilled oysters. Shrimp po boy. Wonderful. But the shrimp and grits. Out of this world. Best I have ever had. Ever.
Great authentic Cajun food. The food is about as authentic Cajun as you can get. Amazing depth of flavor in the food and perfect balance with the seasonings. Jambalaya, gumbo, Po Boys-- all excellent!! Chef is a very personable and will happily talk food with you if he's not too busy. Situated in a great local brewery (NOBO), it's not to be missed.
This is a well-kept secret here in Boyton. If my wife from New Orleans can't get enough of the food then you know it's authentic and legit. Disregard any bad review, Tom makes his food from scratch with love and purpose. Too good for words.
This guy Peace must be new to food trucks lol. Oh man, did he miss out! This is 100% authentic New Orleans eats. You cannot find food like this anywhere else but in New Orleans. I got the seafood etouffee and the Ferdie Po'boy, thinking I'd have leftovers for lunch today. Not a chance! The owner Tom, was so nice too, he insisted I try his famous take on lasagna and gave me a little sample. UNREAL. Everything was absolutely delicious, nothing else like it around.. Trust me, I've looked. I'll travel for good food. This place has a new regular. ME.
