The product quality is great. Noticeable difference over the competition. The broth is super thick and can be diluted if you want, and the noodles are fantastic. Howeverthe service is not so great at least on the day I took out.
There were multiple people waiting and masks are not required here. Even though I had called in my order and it was ready, they were too busy to help me check out and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes in the store.
This restaurant does not include the delicious Japanese eggs which is included in most or all ramen I've had, so I ordered some which I was indeed charged for, but they forgot to include in the takeout package. Okay, these things happen, however this was my first experience here.
My only real complaint would be portion size. When charging $15 for basically a bowl of soup, it probably should be more generous than skimpy. They give you about a pint of broth, and a healthy amount of noodles. There were two bamboo shoots and one or two mushrooms. No seaweed sheets. NoINo eggs. ordered mine with chicken and there was a delicious medallion of braised chicken. Very tasty, however maybe another one would have satisfied me.
Overall good, with the above caveats.
After traveling the world for most of my adult life, and living in Asia for over 4 years... I am SO EXCITED to say that this place exceeded all my expectations. Not only the best ramen I've had in all of Florida - but the best Asian food I've found after more than a year of living here.
I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I serious hidden gem in Delray Beach (a place not known for its Asian cuisine :P )
I wish there were more place like Ramen 369 in this area – authentic ramen artistically put together by a master of his craft.
Absolutely amazing in every aspect! Not only as a customer's standpoint but as a prior employee standpoint.. The food is amazing and to watch Hero perform his duties as a chef is like someone performing what they were put on this earth to do. It's like watching someone perform art. It's absolutely amazing. He takes pride in his work, as well as making sure his customers, and employees are satisfied and and happy. I recommend this place to everyone. I promise you if you go one time that you will be captivated by the experience and will continue to be a loyal customer. It's by far the best ramen that I've ever had.
Authentic and full of flavor. Has completely ruined other ramen places for me. I’ve tried something different each time and have not been disappointed! Extremely tasty, balanced flavors in every dish. Love this place.
Great casual Ramen place with in a diner style restaurant. Service is quick and friendly. Specials are great and change frequently. Food was fantastic and the flavors were on point. I would definitely come back for more of this goodness.
Space is limited so mind when you go or be prepared to be patient.
