Taco Bell

Pretty solid food the times I've been there, but the customer service is pretty awful. I drink Diet Mt. Dew more often than I'd like to admit, and I know what it looks like when I'm drinking it out of a clear cup. The last time I ordered food from the drive thru, I was 100% given Baja Blast instead of the Diet Mt. Dew I ordered. It was sugary sweet and colored
differently than Diet Mt. Dew. When I brought it to the employee's attention, he tried to argue with me that I was wrong and that it was, indeed, Diet Mt. Dew. It's a petty problem, I know, but I was definitely taken aback that an employee was trying to argue with me about something like that. I drink diet drinks to avoid extra calories (I'm already splurging on Taco Bell, so...), but others do so because of health conditions, like diabetes. Imagine the kind of trouble that kind of mistake could cause someone who was avoiding sugary sodas. I suggest that management talk to their employees about their attitudes and customer service. Posting a picture of the drink I got vs. the color of Diet Mt. Dew so you can see for yourself.

Totally new location; great exterior design, as well as interior. I don't know who designed the artwork, but it's gorgeous. This is easily my favorite of the TB locations. Totally modernized inside. There is even a faux fireplace with a neon strobe light fire. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I'm up brutally early, so I like to go for breakfast before the sun is even up. Taco Bell always has me covered on that front with the super delicious breakfast crunch wraps.

This place is so nice! Exactly what we needed in West Delray! Been a few times drive thru and walk in. Always get good service and my order has always been right!

Brand new Taco Bell looks MUCH better than any other. The outside is beautifully decorated with local flair and classic Taco Bell style. Inside it's very different from any Taco Bell I've been at before. After ordering you can watch your food being made through the clear glass divider next to the registers. Once you pick up your food you can enjoy it either inside at the bar (with outlets!), down at the tables by the whole wall window, or outside at the nice bench and tables. Despite being a day old the place didn't suffer any setbacks as they prepared food that tasted good. The music was standard Taco Bell new hits, but the total aesthetic was very nice and gave a relaxed tone. Will definitely be going here more often, and not just for the drive-thru
