Stallion Restaurant

Stallion, a new outpost of nearby Oli’s Fashion Cuisine, is located on the grounds of the Palm Beach Polo Club. It has a large cavernous dining room with ample seating at a crescent-shaped bar, tables for large parties (8-12), 4-tops, and high tops for walk-ins, too. There’s lovely outdoor seating on a balcony overlooking golfing greens. The bar has three huge televisions with one showing the requisite evening horse show.

We were well taken care of by a medley of young staff and a kind manager. The service is a bit slow and the dining room loud.

The food was good, not great, and the prices are quite high. The fish was fresh. One of us got steak that was somewhat tough and came with a baked potato that had obviously been cooked much earlier, possibly refrigerated, and then unevenly microwaved leaving cold bites of dry potato. We spent about $100 per person, split one appetizer, and had two glasses of wine.

Tremendous new restaurant which is very well staffed and has wonderful food. Some of the best fish we have ever had. The salmon is spectacular. Wonderful addition to the Polo Club. Bravo. AAA+.

Really nice updated space, loved the vibe and the view is really pretty. Service started off iffy but then picked up speed and our waiter Michael really came through in the end. Menu was interesting and lots to choose from and the food came out timely, hot and very well prepared. I will Definitely return. My only criticism is that a cocktail prices are extremely high in my opinion and they up charge for Grey goose and don’t tell you upfront.

Nice ambiance. Owner is there to greet customers. From the hostesses to the servers are superb. Good is delicious. Love the Stallion cocktail with hibiscus infused vodka.
