    I ordered the chicken sandwich and as usual, it tasted good. However, management needs to look into hiring more customer-oriented staff.

    Excellent customer service! Had a mess up with my order that unfortunately the store was not able to correct properly. Ended up having to contact corporate and they sent me 2 gift cards one for me and one for my unborn child which I told him I was expecting and due soon. He wrapped it in a personal letter he sent wishing me good luck with my last trimester. I have to say that is above and beyond! Far more than what I expected and I will forever be a loyal buds customer and this letter will hang on my fridge for ever! That meant ALOT to me! Love it! They deserve a round of applause ???????? ❤️ Plus they always have good fresh food!

    It seems that no one understands 2 extra tatar sauces on the side when ordering or preparing a seafood meal here. Cold sauces next to hot food isn't proper. What upsets me is paying extra for a extra sauce and not receiving neither one of them. Unfortunately this has happened twice. If ever at this location check your order prior to leavening. Order mix ups seems to be the norm at the Northlake Buds.????

    Best chicken in town! I love the shrimp dinner combo, it comes with 8 fried shrimp. Two hush puppies and coleslaw and a modest helping of crinkle cut french fries.
