    Espressos are difficult to make and I was forced to teach myself how to make espresso when I moved out of the city and into a small town.
    Purchased a laspaziale machine and a baratza grinder. I watched many youtube videos and finally got it. Grind setting, quality of beans, how many grams to use, and proper compaction. Got a full shot of creamy espresso and used a small ceramic espresso cup. You know...the real thing.
    Guess that's what I was expecting when I walked into Cafe Expresso.
    You have an amazing machine, please learn how to use it and don't use standard coffee cups to serve espresso. Ionia beans are what many espresso bars use. Hope this reply helps.
