A lively, vibrant literal hole in the wall, Cholo Soy isn't just "elevating the taco," they're making a statement with flavor combinations that hit you with salty, savory, sweet, and spicy, and adding much needed freshness from herbs and vegetables that bring it all together. These are what tacos are supposed to be. Squeeze a little fresh lime and go. No need for all the conventional filler because it's already packed with depth of flavor. If you go, enjoy the loud, brazen atmosphere. Enjoy the banter between employees and repeat customers. But more than anything, enjoy some incredible food. It's worth the price of admission to have the few minutes of bliss one finds in a few bites from this place.

Absolutely hands down, doesn't get any better. Every bite is the most tasteful experience of a lifetime. Yummy!

I have a pretty high standard for tacos (indelibly left on my palate due to Mas Tacos in Nashville) and I can say Cholo Soy scores high. They've got a knack for experimental flavors and unique taste combinations. The back patio is a great atmosphere and the staff are helpful in recommending options. Location off Dixie feels perfectly appropriate.

Great food & great atmosphere! I would describe it as a hipster taco joint with an authentic flavor! If you are in the city and want good tacos definitely a place to stop by! They have a great outside seating area! Small, but diverse menu with delicious vegetarian (and vegan) options!

The short rib tacos are so amazing and flavorful. Truly not like any tacos I've had. I love the quaint atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and provided great service. Highly recommended.
