This place kbows how to toss a REAL pie and get it to you hot and fresh !

We tried the Impossible burger after hearing about it, we are not vegans but this burger is excellent and we would definitely order this again!

The food, service, and ambiance is excellent. We love coming for an early dinner with the kids and listening to live music or date night cocktails and desert. Richard and Craig are great!

Great food. Great drinks. Amazing atmosphere. Ask to be seated in George's area. Best server hands down.

My wife and I went to the Galley Restaurant at the Hilton for a birthday celebration. We had the opportunity to look around the outside area including the beautiful pool adjacent to the restaurant. The property is stunning, but what really makes the difference is the atmosphere. The welcome from the smiling, happy staff members, who obviously take great pride in their jobs and enjoy their work, is exceptional. We were looked after by George who was the perfect server. He was attentive and knowledgeable, and took care of us with a calm competence which left us feeling especially cared for. The food was extraordinary. We had high expectations, but were very pleasantly surprised by the excellence of Chef Joel’s talents. The Chilean Sea Bass was the most delightful example of perfection I’ve had the pleasure to experience in a long time. The Galley is without doubt our favorite restaurant in West Palm Beach, and we look forward to our next visit there soon.
