Ruth's Chris Steak House

First ever visit tonight to RC & I have to say as a former 10+ year steakhouse restaurant manager - it was stellar! From the hospitality, to the drinks, to the delicious food - it was wonderful. - & our servers Danny Rienzi and Steven were amazing!

Thank you to the staff, especially Lorraine and John for the exceptional service provided for our party! Everyone had a great time and the food was absolutely delicious!! You really outdid yourselves! The room was perfect!

My wife and I visited on the 4th of July with our 1 year old daughter. This location has always done a great job with providing fantastic service but our waiter named Rob brought service to a new level that we have never experienced before. Rob's service was truly unbelievable. Not only he was kind and personable, he made our experience a memorable one. We will certainly be back and will be sure to ask for him every time we visit.

I have visited many Ruth's Chris Steakhouse all over the country during my travels. I have always had the most tasty food at this particular location. I want to tip my hat to (chef) for always having consistency at this location, it is what draws us back to this location every summer. I was most impressed this past visit by a manager that stopped by to help my mother with her steak. My mother had been struggling with cutting the steak due to arthritis and just simply her age. As the manager was walking around she stopped by and offered to have the steak taken back to the kitchen to be cut up so that my mother would enjoy her meal with more ease. In all the years I have visited Ruth's Chris Steakhouse no-one has ever offered this for us, it is usually I who has to stop and help to feed her. This small act meant the absolute world to us! I did not get to see her before we left the restaurant that night but wanted to write to say Thank you to her for making our visit so much more fulfilled and meaningful to us. I think the name was (Samantha), I do hope this reaches her and lets her know how special she made us feel to have taken the time to help us. Thank you to everyone who helped our dining experience perfect.
