Red Lobster

Ok i order over a nice amount tonight from my family and I. It was delivered. Omg, we had all the meals but our biscuits????I was hurt and mad. What's a Red Lobster meal without biscuits??? Anyways, I called as soon as I realized what my order was missing. Spoke with a young man who pretty much told me it's nothing he could do but give me my biscuits tomorrow????????. Got instantly mad and ask for a manager. Thank God this General Manager was an understanding person and definitely wanted to fix the problem and brought the biscuits to us????????Unfortunately i didn't realize they didn't put napkins, tarter sauce or even advantage cutlery in the bag, but I can live with that???? I didn't catch the General Manager's name but Thank you sir????❤

Always great food at reasonable prices for seafood. We always ask for Betty as she has been there since I started going there over 30 years ago. She is so service oriented but still manages a pleasant conversation even when her section is slammed. Sometimes my neighbor and I will even see a few other tables where we recognize people that always sit in her section. Very good food and a family atmosphere. Tom

I’ve visited this Red Lobster at least 3 times on 2 separate visits to West Palm. I love it. All Red Lobsters have the best biscuits but this one definitely tastes even better than most. The staff has always been 5-star service. The only complaint I have is the parking lot and ease of access.

One of my favorite places. Steak was cooked just right and lobster is always great. Even got a free dessert for my bday. Service was great even with the server training a new person they were both awesome. Will recommend it to anybody that's not allergic.
