Tacos Al Carbon Bar & Grill

Nice large place to have a party. The carnitas (fried pork) tacos were really greasy. My dad was happy with his pork tamal, even though it was not on the menu, one of the waitresses got it for him. We both liked the thick tortillas chips. Service was sparse.

Nice and clean atmosphere. Excellent chips and tacos. Birria Tacos are very good!

Great service and great food. Loved that they have vegetarian section on the menu. Indoor and outdoor seating. Big bar. They have TV's on showing different things. Arcade room. Saw pool tables and one of those punching bag games on the patio. Super clean. Reasonable pricing.

When I got my food delivered, I was skeptical on how it would be. Initially, the rice and beans didn’t look appetizing at all. My food came a little messy but that’s probably due to the delivery and not the restaurant.

As soon as I started eating, I knew I was in for a treat. The rice and beans, while simple, had a good amount of flavor. It was the person items for in between bites of taco.

Now the taco, oh my. I don’t think I’ve had tacos with queso on them before, but I wish all tacos had that now. The queso was so fresh and gave a nice salty and chewiness to the taco. The steak tacos themselves were excellent. The meat was charred so well that you would get intense flavor and crunch on the outside of the meat, and then a warm rush of spices as soon as you got to the inside.

The only thing unusual is the tortillas themselves. These are very soft and wet as if they are undercooked. But it works so well with everything!
