When I called the woman was very polite and said that she spoke to the manager and that they would deliver me cheesy bread ASAP. Both delivery people and the woman I spoke to were nice and were able to rectify the situation within half an hour. Of course we're all human and make mistakes and how they went about fixing the mistake was appreciated.”
