La Alameda Mexican Restaurant

By far THE BEST Mexican food from New Port Richey to Clearwater! Everything is fresh and homemade down to the tortillas! Prices are fantastic! It's a cozy, authentic Mexican restaurant! I'd love it if they'd expand their business as it's a bit of a drive for me but well worth it! There should be 10 stars! I cannot say enough good things about this place. Great staff, very friendly. My favorite are the tostada de tinga. Chicken breast tostadas. So much chicken! You would think 3 isn't enough but it's SO filling! My husband loves their tortas. If you want authentic Mexican food this is the place to go!

Best Mexican food in town. Family owned and operated. Every time we visit we get excellent service and the food is amazing. The La Alameda Burrito and chicken fajita burrito are awesome!! The chips are always fresh and the sauce they serve it with is a made in house. The servers are very friendly. I wish we lived closer. We would go way more often than we do already. Don't miss out!

This is my family's go to restaurant..Sometimes they take a while to come up to your table depending on whose working but most of the time they are quick and for everything to be made fresh the food comes out in a timely manner..Hands down the best tacos in the area and I've been around????. Their sauce is AMAZING and portions are good for the price...If this restaurant moved a hr away..even a hr and a half I'd still make AT LEAST a every other week trip to get these tacos...Now I want some tacos????

This place is awesome! Great food. Portions are substantial and prices reasonable. Highly recommended the tongue taco too if you have never tried before. Yummy!
