Tops American Grill and Cafe Restaurant

A great hidden gem just outside of downtown NPR. The decor is nostalgic. The food rocks. I always get the cheese burger platter which comes with salad and drink. Homemade dressings and unbelievable big biscuits. Chef Harry makes everything from scratch with love and care. He and his family are super friendly and make you feel at home. Prices are fair considering the high quality of food. We are now regulars. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Open for breakfast and lunch. The new hot spot in NPR to go.

Just left this place oh my God it is so good! I had the strawberry crepes and my mom had the breakfast griller platter, really good prices! Also, I can't believe how comfortable the seats on the booths were! Are waitress was Kayla she's super sweet! Everything they have up on the walls is super cool too. Just found my new favorite spot!

I absolutely love what the new owners have done with this place!! Comfortable seating, great wall decor that doubles as conversation pieces and the owner is also the chef, sometimes the person who greets you, helps with clean up... Pretty impressive!! Our waitress was Nina and she made our experience a really great one! So witty and a tiny little lady!!
The Philly steak and cheese, y'all.... It's so freaking good! I'll take pics next time!!

Had one of the Best breakfasts ever here at Top's Restaurant. The Chef made my eggs (Fluffy) just like i ordered and LOVE! No other place could make them FLUFFY , BUT Top's Did! Kayla, was a lovely server , kudos to her and Nina was equally lovely, Kudo's to her as well. The Chef Harry even came by my table to greet me, how kind. Will be going back there soon . Great food, great value as well !

Ask for kayla, pleasant, friendly and sweet. She was attentive and stayed on top of things... and I am needy.... the food was great... and as a fellow chef I was so impressed her made his hollandaise to order, and it was fabulous.... the eggs on my benny were cooked to perfection. I am so glad to see a breakfast place in this side of mass.... help then out, make it last..... look out pam's and susie's....
