“Bagel was delicious, this was my first time there. I expressed that to the cashier but she could care less. I asked for a recommendation since I was excited to finally be trying this place out, and got a sub-par answer with no help. Customer service was terrible. From a person who strives to always offer excellent customer service I was shocked. My husband and I were planning on going to the BBQ side for dinner tonight and we just changed our minds. Get your front desk in order. Have friendly people work the desk. It’s memorable and will make people want to come back. I can find another place for a bagel where I’m treated nicely.”

“Love this cute little coffee house. The staff was friendly and helpful. Their coffees are delicious and their flavorings are made in-house. Their pastries are from fresh ingredients and made in house, and you can taste it. It has a nice atmosphere and it usually get busier in the evenings so try early morning or afternoons if you want less noise.”

“I absolutely love this place!! The owners and staff are so welcoming ,the cafe con leche is the best ever! And I try to stop and get one every day ,I can’t drink any other coffee as they make the best. I love the pastries , cakes are amazing ,the Cuban bread and sandwiches are fabulous. Even if I Don’t just grab a cafe con leche to go this is my absolute favorite place to go,relax enjoy great coffee ,pastries and hang out , meet with a friend or just chill, positive vibes and a friendly atmosphere, where you feel like family.”
