Best kept secret in town-especially at lunchtime- usually can't get in anywhere, eat a hot lunch and get back to work with time to spare.Just because the parking lot is not jammed full of cars-doesn't mean the food isn't good-it is excellent! Very surprised they're not busier at lunch, next time you want to have a healthy hot lunch- fast give them a try. Home style cooking. Breakfast available after breakfast hours. They are consistant-which is important to me. They are friendly, today we had an exceptionally excellent server. Our food was hot fresh and made to order. Every time we eat here it is very good. More food - less $, can fit into most budgets, very affordable. They feed you like they are feeding family. Clean and have never had to wait long for seating or food. Casual dress-its Florida! The food has always been fast and good but lately they've added some great lunch specials.

The food comes out faster than almost any resteraunt I've seen.
Huge parking lot great for big trucks and trailers.
Outdoor dining under a covered patio if you smoke or bring a service pet.

Lastly, the new management and staff are doing a great job also!
Jay, Missy , Danielle and Shelby have created a welcoming atmosphere.
The flow and ease of service really makes the mundane breakfast experience enjoyable.

I love the people that serve as well as the kitchen staff. Very clean and food is fresh and delicious. I highly recommend for a happy belly.

As the name is this place is Cozy. First time here. Came for late breakfast. Waitress was very friendly. Brought drinks asap. Food came fast. I had steak and eggs. Steak perfect medium raw. Eggs over easy perfect. Food was delicious. Portions were perfect. Place open for breakfast and lunch only. I will go back. Try it, you will like.
