Umai Sushi

This place is in our neighborhood but you don't really see it. So we took a chance. It was slow service but because of the slow service the sushi chef sent out a complimentary order of crab rangoon which actually was something that we were thinking of ordering anyway. They were very light and extremely crispy a definite thing to get again! They did acknowledge the weight and that was an extremely nice thing to do. Once we received our sushi we understand why people come back to this restaurant again and again the sushi was extremely delicious! Also the clear soup was very tasty. Definitely going to return to this restaurant just need to have patience.

The food was amazing. The staff also awesome. Dont let the older shopping plaza stear you away from the best sushi in town. Try the volcano roll with the baked scallops on top. .amazing. Thank you Pedro for excellent service. Chef Joel what a wonderful meal. Thank you so much.

We are regulars here. It is delicious and very reasonably priced! Service is always wonderful as well, we really enjoy ourselves here. I love the veggie combo roll.

Our first visit was absolutely amazing. The food quality, preparations and service were over the top . The entire staff made you feel very special from the time we walked in the front door!

Called up Umai on a purely location based convience and was so pleased with not only the rolls but for the outstanding customer service. I was going to be in a hurry, my wife only had 40 minutes for a lunch break and we wanted something good not fast. So asked for a pick up order and est time. I said throw em in a box and we will eat and be gone. He instead offered us a beautiful boat display and could have the table ready on arrival. Best believe i took full credit for those brownie points. It was delicious. Very lovely display. Even though we were in a hurry they let us just hang and enjoy no pressure. Loved it.
