It's nice to find a place where the bartender can work a huge bar and still make you feel like you are the only person there. April recommended the root beer wings and I was blown away. Good to see that my bartender knew the menu as well as the beer choices. She made me want to come back, and I will ! It's not traditional Mexican food it is quite Americanized. I remember when Taco Bell first started out it was a very good Mexican food restaurant. The prices used to be extra great! Serving a very small amount, with a shaker containing a very small amount on the side, in my opinion, is not a good idea. Altogether, it was the equivalent of one margarita. “I recently resumed eating at Jason's Deli. For some time it had been in a slump with mediocre service and food quality that just wasn't on point. That has all changed. The food and service have been excellent lately. The salad bar has been stocked with quality ingredients. Every sandwich I've had has been well-constructed with ample amounts of meats, cheese, and condiments. Only problem is ... it is almost impossible to get a table on Sunday afternoon because the place is so popular. Also, free ice cream.”

“Had some gift cards given to us for Longhorns, so we decided tonight was the night to use them. We were in a festive mood and anxious to enjoy our evening with some good food and fellowship. I called ahead and had a table booked for us. We were there a little earlier in the evening, so when we arrived it wasn't busy and we were taken right to our table. Our server was there promptly and she was very pleasant and sociable. Turns out her name is Amy Adams!! Who would have thought we'd have a famous movie star as our server?!!? Since we had gift cards we were not skimpy on our orders, so we all had the biggest steaks we could get. They were cooked to perfection and they tasted great! Our server was exceptional the whole time we were there. Drinks never left empty, checked on us frequently, and spent time just chatting with us and making us feel right at home. By the time we left, we were feeling close enough that she became like family to us. We will definitely be back, and when we do, we only want Amy Adam's as our server!!”

But, but, but the finally on the third mishap I called. The manager was extremely accommodating and instantly apologized and gave us our next order for free. Which she held up on her end! The pizza is ALWAYS good, even when it wasn't cut properly. The cheezy bread is really good as well. We will continue to constantly order from this place. “What can I say? A million places to get a pizza and very few good. Anthony’s is my favorite. They will tell you on signs in the restaurant we cook burnt pizzas. Not burnt but nicely browned and the best. These are baked the way pizza are meant to be on a goal fired brick oven. Not charcoal, coal. The ovens get very hot and cook the pies nice and brown in just a few minutes. The wings are even better. No deep fryers here, they bake them in the same oven with the pizzas. With a little marination of fresh herbs these wings are the best you will ever eat. No greasy fryer mess just crispy wings. Please open one up in Trinity.”
