Cafe Alfresco

Located in the heart of beautiful downtown Dunedin, it's an easy place to stop in while biking the Pinellas trail, shopping, or visiting the weekly market.
We prefer to go during non-peak dining times, as it can get quite busy and the wait can be long. The service and food have never disappointed.
The blackened grouper sandwich, Cuban sandwich, or any of the fabulous desserts, are all highly recommended.

I dine out a lot. I go to 4 and 5 star restaurants. This place is 5 star for sure. There are times when a restaurant is packed and the service is slow. Alfresco was packed and that did not stop our server Carly from being perfect. Her attitude was positive. She knew the menu and made excellent recommendations. The food was great as always. It came out on time. The atmosphere was perfect. Thank you for making my out of town guest have an enjoyable experience! "The fork!" [Inside joke]

Really enjoyed this casual dining restaurant located on the bike trail. Service was quick and knowledgeable. Food was delicious and generous portions. We had the pot stickers, crab cakes and lobster roll and we all enjoyed it. Nice to sit outside and watch people on the bike path. There will be a next time and will bring the bicycles too.
