“The crab cakes are REAL crab and lots of it! The jumbo shrimp are mislabeled, they are huge and the cocktail sauce was sooo fresh, it was ridiculous! Sitting right on the water, the view is reminiscent of being in The Keys. Great atmosphere, food and service! Definitely a place to return to. Walt the owner is a pretty cool guy and very welcoming. “Always love the Food Patch! I'll take this place over Whole Foods any day of the week. They always have great food without the attitude. This location in Dunedin has bit of tricky parking, but just roll around the back and park in the structure. There's plenty of space, and the place is brand new so it's really nice.”

“Although I live fairly close, this was the first time I visited it. Very quaint coffee shop with plenty of seating and friendly personnel. I ordered their house Brew and a poppy seed muffin and it was excellent. Dunedin is a very trendy area with nice restaurants for as far as the eye can see”

“My very first Cuban sandwich and Cuban coffee. Amazingly good sandwich big enough to share. Fresh. Hot. Flavorful. Friendly service. Nice wine selection for a glass with your meal. Clean spot with two bars and a few chairs inside and spacious lovely patio outside. Rosie and her hubby make all the cigars sold here. Authentic independent business that adds nice variety to the historic downtown and its offerings. Inexpensive fair prices. Clean uni restroom.”

“This is the perfect place to bring your young kids for breakfast on a nice day. There is an outdoor sandpit with Adirondack Chairs arrayed around it to watch your kids while they play and you enjoy the basic, but well-prepared food. Inside is nice if you don't have kids. The food is very good, but basic. The bacon melts in your mouth and the omelet wasn't greasy. Good selection of coffee concoctions and teas.”

“This was my first time here. And let me tell you, this was the sandwich of all sandwiches. The sandwich I didn’t know I was craving. Who was the genius that decided to put cream cheese on a sandwich with meats and veggies. I’d like to thank that person. I ordered the Ham Veggie Garden. It was delicious. The young girl that waited on me was super friendly and let me know they had a lunch deal that you could add a drink, bag of chips or their homemade bagel chips. All under $7.00, what a steal. Anyway, I went with the spicy jalapeño bagel chips. So good. If your in the area I highly recommend. I will be bringing my family and friends here when they visit from out of town.”
