    From time to time their grandma (or auntie, idk) runs the shop. She doesn't really speak English well but she is fluent in hand movements and smiles. Their menu is cut pretty much in half than whats listed, but they still have Viet restaurant essentials.

    That being said, the sandwhiches are good, noodles (not the soup I haven't tried that) are good, and the rice is great. Portions are okay, but the price pretty much equals it all out, so buy an appetizer.

    I would recommend to management, get rid of the tacky tables and signs, repaint the place and try to advertise more. I'm a second generation Vietnamese American so I'm pretty used to places like this, but it's not very whiterized like other places in the area (la v, bamboozle, etc)

    Great foods. Friendly staff. Reasonable price. I recommend.
