“When we were first greeted, they asked if we were a part of their loyalty program (it was our first time there so we were not). When we said no they told us to stand us to the side, and took the next group (who weren't loyalty members either?). Then we got seated next to a huge party, even though there were a bunch of seats open. We asked to be moved, the hostess said "no" a bit snobby, even though my sister asked to move politely. Then she came back and said they are moving a group so we can sit at a booth. When we were walking towards the booth the hostess said "Yeah, ill push in the chair for you" under her breath, with a very rude tone (directed towards my mother). Our waitress didn't come for a little bit after we were seated. Our waitress was super sweet and helpful. I was honestly taken back by the hostesses attitude. I was a host at one point, and would have NEVER treated customers like that. Food was good, first impressions not so much! But might give it another shot.”

“Went around lunch time, on a weekday, typical lunch rush, but they were getting people in and out fairly quickly. Food is good, a nice change of pace from fried chicken. The floor were a bit sticky. As someone with a baby, kid friendly is important to me, but there were no changing tables in either bathroom.”

“This was the best all you can eat place I’ve ever been to! They bring the meats at a pace where you aren’t overwhelmed but aren’t kept waiting either. I didn’t eat anything that wasn’t purely delicious. They have a great variety of sides that included in the all you can eat as well. The servers were all very knowledgeable and kind. It was very busy when I went; however, at no time did I ever feel rushed to finish. 10/10 I would recommend this place to anyone who likes meat. And if you want a tangy dessert, a good finish is the Passion fruit mousse.”

“Edited to add: The GM of this store called us to apologize for his staffs behavior and to make things right. He replaced our $20 and gave my husband free breakfast. Very much appreciated Cashier here gave my husband a counterfeit $20 in change and the manager was extremely rude and had zero interest in resolving the situation. Had to resort to calling the police. Would not be surprised if this was intentional was based off the hostile reaction of the manager on duty. Completely ridiculous.”
