I am very particular as I have been in the food industry and service industry and know what is what. I had wanted to visit this particular spot because I kept seeing the man playing the saxaphone and I love jazz sax and it has been a long while since I have heard any. anyways, today I decided to visit and I truly was not disappointed. the musicians were a welcoming ambiance; despite the chill of the wind and being in the shade they drew me outdoors to listen. I had wonderful coffee nodding out to some mellow saxaphone and drums while waiting for my veggie hash breakfast with rye toast. did I mention rye toast? they MAKE their own rye bread and it is thick and moist and oh my goodness so yummy I ate every bite of the inside and could not even start to eat the crust because the food was equally as amazing. perfectly scrambled eggs next to a mixture of spinach, fresh tomatoes, onions and green peppers that were not overpowering, with diced potato mixed into a hash. I settled in and ate almost all of it, until I could not. definitely recommend. a little busy when I went but seating was available inside and outside.

Delicious homemade bread! Great breakfast place with a fun atmosphere. We went looking for Nina's, which apparently is closed, but Custom Cafe did not disappoint. The eggs, potatoes, veggies and toast were all prepared to perfection.

The breakfast was fantastic!!!! Homemade bread freshly made every day, and the home fries were out of this world. I would highly recommend!

This place is awesome....Max, the owner, is super cool and has a guy playing jazz outside...makes all his bread from scratch

My favorite breakfast place the prices are the best on the beach and food is superior to others. The service is outstanding a great local hunt casual and laid back atmosphere. If your looking to blend in with the locals this is the spot for you.
