Shrimpys Blues Bistro

Stopped in for an afternoon drink. The place was maybe 20% full. Service was a little slow but certainly friendly. No draft beer. I had a 20oz aluminum Bud Light. My wife had a margarita. The margarita was average at best. The place is on the water, but the rail is eye level and pretty much blocks your view. Drinks were overpriced for a Monday afternoon. I will try them again though.

Rating is for our bar experience only. We stopped here for an afternoon drink. I wish I could remember the young ladies name but our bartender/server was fantastic. Fun with a great personality. Nice view of the channel. We didn't try any food. We were there at 5 and there was no one in the actual restaurant. That was a little concerning but since we didn't eat I can't comment on the actual food.

Great menu and drinks. Very nice location and staff was very friendly. We came early for dinner before 5 pm so parking was easy. Might be tight late night. Piano bar is close. Good food and great drinks.

Meal was awesome. Drinks were tasty and well made. We sat outside next to the bar. It was evening and a little chilly so they had it blocked off. The inlet was still visible through the clear plastic but the inside was toasty warm. I had the blackened sea bass with grits and veggies. My wife had the shrimp pasta dinner that was very tasty. Both meals were excellent. The Key Lime dessert was amazing. Great place in Treasure Island.
