Leverock's Great Seafood

If Only 6 stars was an option. I haven't been there in 20 years and never the new location. My date was running a hour late so i sat at the bar and when he arrived was immediately seated despite it being 6pm on a Saturday. The hostess was great. The oysters Rockefeller was incredible. I had the mahi and it was the best I've ever had. It was cooked to perfection. There are way more snow birds than locals here... Locals are missing out. I'll be back next week.

I've been a fan of Leverock's since the 80s, when the first restaurant was still in Pinellas Park. Now, I have to go to South Pasadena, and it is SO worth it! The New England clam chowder is the BEST I've ever had, and I always get it no matter where I go. The stuffed mushrooms are big and tasty, and my favorite entree here is the signature salmon dish with a baked potato and broccoli. The last time I was there, my friend had scallops and both our portions were generous and cooked to perfection. I usually sample a friend's meal because I won't skip my salmon, but I may have to get adventurous...

Wonderful food and excellent service! Tony, our waiter, was very friendly and made us feel welcome the minute we sat down.. The majority of the menu choices were various seafoods . The three friends in my group each ordered something different but all of us raved about how good the food was.
I definitely recommend this restaurant!

Very nice meal. Nothing fancy. BUT cold plates for your salad and hot plate for my salmon. Very hard to find restaurant that does that without asking. Good service

Plan to arrive early or make a reservation if you go on a Friday or Saturday Evening. Excellent seafood, I had the onion crusted salmon w/garlic mashed potatoes and slaw. Prices are very reasonable and the chocolate cake is awesome. Had to make it to go, too full to have after the meal. One of the best restaurants in St. Pete.
