Paulo's Pizza & Subs

This was truly a classic Pizza establishment here you can have any sort of pizza that you're looking for any style as it is handmade and also freshly made I experienced Pizza chefs in the back kitchen, also they had beer and wine selections available and if you're not into Pizza there are plenty of other options such as wings, Subs, Grinders, salads and a host of other things also the nibble on as appetizers! If you eat inside they will bring the food to you fresh and hot from the kitchen but takeout is also available if you call ahead which I would recommend especially on the weekend.

This is one of the faves. Top 5er for St Pete for sure. The family always gets the 2x 1-topping special for $20.99. Maybe try yours a little well done? That’s how we do it. Great service! Great delivery! Great pizzas! Great subs! And a small selection of tasty craft beers.

Pizza was good and flavorful when it arrived. I'd definitely get pepperoni and bacon if I order again.

I ordered Paulo's pizza for a work event last month, the pizza was delicious, you can tell they use fresh, quality ingredients, perfect NY style pizza with a crust that is not too thin (something I don't like about some "NY style" pizza) but also not to thick, and very flavorful! It was a large order but arrived on time and piping hot. If that was not enough for a 5 star review though, they really went above and beyond in customer service for me! I had lost my receipt, but needed it for our company's accounting department, especially important because we are a 501c3. I called over a month after the order was placed and asked if there was any way they could locate our order (from over a month ago) and provide me with the receipt again. They very happily obliged, dug through their orders and emailed it to me within a few hours of calling them. Can't thank them enough not only for their great pizza but for going above and beyond in helping out their customers! (I have also had a colleague misplace a pizza receipt once before, from a larger pizza chain, she tried to do what I did, call and get the receipt from a few weeks prior, total opposite experience, and we never got it from them.) Thank you!
