Reading Room

Excellent! The staff was pleasant and courteous and the food was fantastic. We went on Valentine's day and loved that they do not have a Prix fixe menu. I had the short ribs and from now on I will NOT order this plate while out for dinner unless I'm at the Reading Room because there is just no comparison. It would be a waste of money otherwise. The drinks were delicious and not over powering. I believe it's wine and beer only which wonderfully complements their menu. If your thinking of going to the Reading Room, all it have to say to you is... DO IT!

We felt like we had left Florida and jet-settled to Venice Beach, CA where the style, tattoos, relaxed vibe interplay with truly working kitchen gardens and amazing ingredient-centered food. Truly exceptional and nothing like it in the Tampa Bay Area and we know because we have been to them all. Each ingredient is handled so perfectly and coaxed from its inherent nature ever so gently into something special. The dishes seem effortless but are clearly filled with thought, expertise and practice. We were too full to have the deserts so couldn’t comment on those but everythjng else was exceptional from the veggie preparations ( loved the mushrooms and daikon cake )to the short ribs and turnips in bone marrow. This will become a weekly outing. Thank you Chef !!!

This is amazing farm to table fine dining. I wish there were six stars! This restaurant caterers to both vegetarians is well as those who are not. They are maintaining their service quality and their individual attention to detail for every dish. We will be back again!

Absolutely outstanding!! The menu is over the top creative. Amazing what the chefs can do with vegetables. Service was 5 star as well. All staff helped each other to create a superb experience.

These guys spare nothing to wow your taste buds. The main course was excellent. Super cool place too with great ambience. My dessert was out of this world. Spent the rest of the week dreaming about it!
