Buya Ramen

Very exquisite dining experience at Buya Ramen in an eclectic and serene setting. Our ramen bowls, the seafood bowl and short rib bowl, were well seasoned and mouth watering. We had some pork belly buns for an appetizer that were so silky they melted on your mouth. Service was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. Large selection of drink choices to accompany your meal. Two bowls and an order of buns was about $45 plus tip. Well worth it!

Had a great experience here! Took my bf as he loves ramen, but forgot to check if they had gluten free options for me. The waiter was reassuring, easy-going and went above and beyond to custom plan a meal for me with the chef. And it was delicious! Sometimes it can be embarrassing and awkward to ask about dietary restrictions options, but they made it easy. Plus had a delicious cocktail. Highly recommend!

I didn't even know!!! LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING! This place is hidden so keep your eyes open for a great ramen experience! The food was great! The ambiance was incredible! The staff was warm and friendly!! (I always find that people go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience if you let them know that it's your first time!) Try the Duck! It was to die for! Crispy! Flavorful! And totally complimented the dish! I'm definitely going back for another experience... especially for Date night!

Pleasantly Surprised! I have not noticed a large Japanese culture in St Pete a d the last place I went to for Ramen was a joke. This was absolutely delicious. I loved the presentation of the food and beverages too. I would come in again just for the atmosphere, to use the free guest WiFi and to sip on a warm out of green tea in the bar area. They even liquidized the honey to make for an easy mix and pour. I really liked their version of a spice tray. It was three bottles of oil and a fresh bowl of milled spiced. This is a good alone place or a cute date night. It's that industrial style type place so seating isn't over the top comfortable...but it does the job. Service was prompt and friendly. Food quality seemed clean and very fresh. I'll definitely return.

Ate here for lunch, Seafood Ramon & salad was OK, better at home. I like the seaweed dish. Seemed a tad pricey for the portions. Waitress was also just OK too, her counter part was super nice and checked on us. The atmosphere was fantastic though, five stars for that. Love the layout, artwork and beautiful dining tables!
