I love the food, selection, unlimited salad, great bread, plus I had one of the absolute best lobster tails I've tasted. It was so good I ordered a second lobster tail. After waiting and waiting it never came out so I ordered a cheese cake instead. I thought it would make it out quickly with as long as we had been waiting. It took forever to come out. When it finally did it was frozen. The server really didn't care that it was frozen she acted like it was my fault. She also didn't care that my second lobster tail never came out either. Her service was TERRIBLE! But the food is so dam good so I'll keep going back every time I'm in the area.
Good atmosphere and good service. Cheese logs a new favorite. On par and better than some of the bigger chain steak houses.
We had my niece's birthday there this and what a great experience! It was definitely busy and the staff said it had been like that all day. I can see why. First of all, we had a party of 7 and our waitress, Niki, was the sweetest and most attentive by noticing we were a bit cramped. Within two minutes Josh, I guess one of the managers, was right to our table assuring us he had two tables leaving that they would push together for us and within 5 minutes we had a beverage and our table was moved. Josh was doing anything and everything stopping at tables, helping serve food, answering questions from his staff - a well oiled machine. The difference here was that Niki and Josh were not just working, they were truly engaged and connecting with customers. We will definitely be back here. Lots of restaurants could learn a thing or two from this team.
Solid chain restaurant serving steaks, chicken, ribs, burgers, and other steakhouse staples. Standard chain steak house environment for peanut throwing from the bucket on the table. Good service overall tends to be the norm. Expect above average steaks and burgers and other items. Good mid range steakhouse overall. On this visit the prime was perfect, the mashed so-so. The salad a standard affair with their version of ranch dressing. And the onion soup is one of the few no go items as the soup overall needs to be bolder. This is a solid chain that can be in rotation with the other mid level steakhouse chains. My only gripe. This generic peanut throwing concept is getting old in 2019. Time to update the roadhouse concept to differentiate from all the others.
